Today, I had the opportunity to experience making Japanese sweets and drinking matcha tea at Seihodo, a tea ceremony utensil shop in Nishitaga, Taihaku-ku, Sendai City. Making Japanese sweets for the first time was difficult, but they tasted absolutely delicious with the matcha. Japanese sweets really make you feel the seasons of Japan.
